Job Description
As an Executive Assistant you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, supporting our mission and values – Authentic, Brave, Inclusive, and Responsible.
Your role ensures that executive operations run smoothly, enabling leaders to focus on strategic goals and community impact.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-level executive support: Provide professional administrative assistance to the CEO and Executive Leadership team, including managing diaries, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
Drive governance and communication: Compile and distribute Board and Committee papers, prepare reports and presentations, and draft communications on behalf of the Executive.
Coordinate key events and meetings: Organise executive meetings, stakeholder events, and visits, ensuring all logistics and documentation are handled with precision.
Support financial processes: Manage purchase orders, expense reconciliations, and assist with budget preparation and travel account reviews.
Champion continuous improvement: Participate in projects, collaborate with other Executive Assistants, and seek ways to enhance processes and workplace efficiencies.
Uphold safety and compliance: Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety, Environmental, and Aviation Safety & Security standards, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Executive Assistant role.
Proven experience supporting Executives and Boards, preparing papers, and executive reporting.
Strong proficiency in office systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe); experience with Diligent Board Books and SharePoint highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience organising functions, meetings, and events.
Ability to handle highly confidential information.
Strong organisational, time-management, and customer-service skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Diploma of Business Administration (desirable).
