About The Department Of Education
The Human Capital Management System Program sits within the Information and Technologies Branch of department's People, Information & Communication Services Division and will support the implementation of a new Human Capital Management System for the department.
About The Role
As the Executive Assistant, you provide a range of professional, efficient and confidential support to the Executive Director, Human Capital Management System Program, located within the Information Technologies Branch.
Key Responsibilities Include Ensure the seamless operation of the HCMS Program's daily activities, managing including coordinating the daily flow of business and providing confidential administrative and executive support. Arrange appointments, meetings and conferences including venues, travel arrangements and accommodation, and receive visitors and delegations to the work unit. Provide support to the Executive Director, Supervisor at meetings by preparing documentation, minute taking and follow up actions. Develop, implement and review executive support systems and procedures. Deliver high quality services through continuous improvements in administrative systems, processes. Undertake other administrative duties as required by the work unit. About You Will be extremely personable and able to establish and maintain positive relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders; Is an energetic, passionate and responsive Executive Assistant who has strong experience supporting Executives in fast paced environments. And is receptive to providing a wide variety of Executive support tasks and activities. Interested in making a difference?
