Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and enhance service quality standards
* Guide teams in mentoring and leadership development
* Foster secure, nurturing environments that prioritize child well-being
You will be responsible for guiding teams, enhancing service quality, and shaping enriching experiences for children, families, and communities.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience working with children
* Multi-site leadership experience in OSHC
* Diploma or higher in a relevant field
* Current certifications (Working With Children, First Aid incl. CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
