Studio Manager 2–3 month Freelance Project Onsite 5 days per week South Melbourne We're on the lookout for an organised and proactive Studio Manager to keep a busy creative studio running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure briefs are clear and correctly allocated, that designers are working to capacity, and that deadlines are consistently met.
About the role Freelance position for 2–3 months Based onsite in South Melbourne, 5 days per week Ideal for someone with proven experience managing studio workflow and creative teams What you'll be doing Receiving, reviewing and briefing work into the design team Scheduling and monitoring workflow to ensure designers are fully utilised Tracking deadlines and managing timelines across multiple projects Acting as the central point of contact between account teams and designers Supporting the studio team to deliver accurate, on-brand work on time You're background Previous experience as a Studio Manager, Traffic Manager or Account Manager role within a creative or design environment Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and keep projects moving smoothly Clear communicator who can translate briefs and manage expectations Calm under pressure and solutions-focused Why you'll love this projectThis is a great opportunity to step into a studio management role within a supportive and fast-paced creative environment.
