**The role**
You are directly responsible for supporting the sales operations function across Australia and New Zealand. You will be providing valuable assistance to the sales team, processing orders, following and maintaining good governance and other administrative tasks. In addition, this role will providing regular reporting on sales progress, leads follow-ups and contract closures.
**What you will do**
- To work with the Regional Director (ANZ) and the Sales Operations team to implement strategies, complete tasks and help to embed Sales & Orders Processing.
- Help with customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Keep record of sales trends
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
**To help you be successful, we're looking for**
- Strong interpersonal skills that will enable alignment of all GBG's products and services to deliver a seamless operational customer buying experience
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed and the ability to work with mínimal management oversight
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems Ms Dynamics highly desired
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, Teams, Sharepoint and PowerBI
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Very strong Analytical and multitasking skills
- Excellent knowledge and demonstration of sales orders process
- Ability to build a strong sales pipeline
- Proven ability to meet multimillion-dollar targets
- Tenacious, positive attitude and can-do attitude
- Flexibility/adaptability. You can adapt to rapidly changing priorities and projects
- Engage at all levels with the business to ensure adherence of sales processes across all products of business
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting in line with the groups approach to revenue recognition
- Support the leadership in delivering against tactical objectives
- Work as part of a matrix structure involving Customer Success, Go to Market and APAC teams
