Overview

An IT Managed Services Provider is expanding their service desk in Melbourne. The role involves supporting Microsoft 365 users, assisting with user onboarding, and troubleshooting IT issues across systems like Azure and VMware. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in L1 / 2 support and familiarity with Microsoft 365 products. Additional skills in networking and system administration are desirable.
