About The Role
We're seeking a Track Planner to support an established rail maintenance team on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.
Working within a dedicated planning group providing back-to-back coverage, you'll coordinate all aspects of track maintenance planning and scheduling.
You'll manage track access requests, maintain planning data, and ensure all work is effectively captured and prioritised within SAP and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Process and coordinate Track Access Requests in line with site and network requirements
Support the Work Management Process to ensure accurate work order scoping and execution
Maintain and update planning data and job packs within SAP and Excel
Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to optimise resource allocation
Monitor progress against schedules and adjust plans where required
Develop and manage maintenance plans and schedules for rail track assets
Provide planning reports and updates to site management

Competitive pay – $90 to $100 per hour + superannuation

About You
You're an experienced Maintenance Planner or Scheduler with solid SAP and Excel capability.
You understand the Work Management Process and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy.
Experience with track maintenance or rail infrastructure is highly regarded.
Master Data experience is valued but not essential.
Candidates must have the right to work in Australia.
