* Growth Target: Drive overall gross monthly revenue to a pre-agreed target, maximizing labour utilisation and profitability.
* Efficiency: Oversee workshop operations, staff performance, P&L management, and service quality.
Requirements:
* A demonstrated network of key decision-makers in the road transport and logistics industry.
* Minimum 5+ years in senior commercial or operational leadership within the heavy vehicle/diesel service sector.
* Proven ability to manage a full P&L and drive measurable growth.
* A clear desire to own and operate a business, with confirmed financial capacity to capitalise on an immediate equity opportunity.
