The Role: Project Coordinator
You will play a pivotal role in planning and monitoring project schedules, collaborating closely with project managers to develop and maintain integrated master schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera and Microsoft Project.
* Monitor project progress, identify variances and support corrective actions.
* Prepare and contribute to monthly reporting and dashboards.
* Support Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and reporting.
* Participate in risk analysis and schedule risk assessments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A TAFE or tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in project planning and controls.
* Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
* Strong understanding of project management lifecycle and EVM principles.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
