Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
Evolution Mining seeks a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate mobile maintenance crews ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance of underground and surface mobile equipment.
* Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring tradespeople and apprentices to deliver safe and reliable maintenance outcomes, fulfilling the obligations of a supervisor under relevant Acts and regulations, communicating daily maintenance plans and priorities to crew members, allocating work and monitoring performance against requirements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and site safety standards, supporting shutdowns, breakdowns, and continuous improvement initiatives, and building a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork across the crew.
