Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Manager to join their busy service operation. About the Role Reporting directly to the Group Service Manager and working alongside another Service Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a high-volume, multi-franchise service centre. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on leadership and support to a team of Service Advisors Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop team Communicate confidently and accurately with customers regarding vehicle servicing and repairs Delegate, schedule, and monitor workflow to ensure operational efficiency Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and business objectives Prepare reports and maintain accurate records through the dealership management system Drive customer satisfaction outcomes and ensure key performance targets are achieved About You Previous experience as a Service Manager, or an Assistant Service Manager ready to step into a leadership role Experience within a multi-franchise dealership environment is highly regarded Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing and developing teams Exceptional customer service and communication skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure Reliable, professional, and results-driven approach Experience with dealership management systems is advantageous What's on Offer Competitive salary package with performance incentives Additional paid leave benefits Opportunity to gain exposure within a large, multi-franchise service operation Supportive and collaborative leadership team Excellent long-term career growth opportunities with a respected automotive group For further information please contact Kirra Cude on 0480 004 950 quoting job number AF8217.
