They act as the main link between the Internal Communications team and the wider Department, helping leaders share messages in a way that is easy to understand and engaging. This includes supporting executive messaging, events and staff updates. By building strong relationships and understanding business needs, they help keep employees informed, connected and aligned. Success in this role strengthens staff engagement and supports a positive, well-informed workplace culture.This role will support two groups: Network, Design and Integration and Housing, Building and Land Delivery. (Mandatory)Experience working in internal communications in a public sector or government role. (Desirable)Experience preparing communications plans in an issues-rich environment. (Desirable)Experience writing for Executive and Senior Leaders across a variety of channels.
