We are seeking a passionate administrator to join the hard-working team as Export and Administration Officer. Based in Canning Vale, and reporting to the Logistics Manager and Sales Manager, the Export and Administration Officer will support the Logistics Manager and Sales Manager in organising and completing export documentation and general administration and customer service duties.
Training will be provided for the right candidate; export experience is favorable but not necessary.
Responsibilities: Preparing and ensuring documents are completed accurately for overseas customers Raise RFP's / Complete RFP's and obtain health certificates Booking Fumigation and submitting request forms Complete sandalwood tracking forms within required time Prepare Certificates of Origin Check & obtain original Bills of Lading Checking Letter of Credits to ensure they meet contract requirements Comply with Letter of Credit create Bank Drafts and Lodgements Arrange any other documents required by the customer or country requirements Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements of importing countries Maintain accurate records of all export documentation Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders Maintain an organized system for tracking orders General admin and reception duties Supporting Sales Manager and Logistics Manager as required The successful applicant will: Previous experience in a documentation and/or shipping role advantageous Exceptional Customer Service skills The ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast paced work environment Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Microsoft skill in Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to work with minimum supervision and work as part of a tight knit team Be able to use own initiative High level of attention to detail and accuracy, and efficient data entry skills Strong computer literacy skills including Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to respond calmly in difficult situations maintaining a strong customer service focus Energetic, passionate and enthusiastic Takes initiative Why join our team?
