personal injury partner, you will love the VARIETY+STIMULATION managing your own files (approx.
60% CTP,30% workers compensation, 10% public liability+ assisting with
medical negligence matters ) and obtaining justice for plaintiff clients.
Key Responsibilities Obtaining client instructions, preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with doctors/solicitors/insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs to barristers, attending court/settlement conferences.

Who You Are We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are admitted as a solicitor+ have
minimum 2 years
plus experience in
personal injury law
(including
motor vehicle accidents/CTP
+preferably also workers compensation and/or public liability) as a
lawyer ;
Have had hands-on experience managing
your own files
highly autonomously from start to finish;
Love to work in a
vibrant, fast-paced
environment;
Have strong technical
legal, research, drafting
skills ;
Have a
strong work ethic,
are
self-driven + results-oriented ;
Love what you do+ are
client-service
focused + have lots of
positive energy .
