Payroll Officer for a not-for-profit organisation in Northern Sydney region

Your new role
Joining a team of 4, you will:
* Assist another payroll officer in managing the fortnightly payrun of 1600 employees, including calculating termination payments, back pays, end of year processing and reconciliations.
* Process some manual data entry
* Identify process improvements and report to management to resolve
* Complete adhoc duties
* Maintain payroll and time and attendance
What you'll need to succeed
* End-to-end payroll processing experience
* Exposure to major payroll systems
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Great attention to detail
