**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
In this role you will supervise and lead a team of Tour Guides and Visitor Service Officers whilst overseeing the daily operations of tours, reception, and medallions services.

**ABOUT YOU**
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment, enjoys a challenge, has leadership experience, great customer service skills and wants to make a difference.
**Your role as a Supervisor Visitor Services**:
- Monitor customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure the Exhibition and Visitor Service (reception) areas are adequately staffed.
- Initiate resolution of AV and maintenance issues and manage HSE incident reporting.
- Conduct Heritage Tours and Gold Pours as required.
- Monitor the standards of tours and gold pouring performances to ensure consistently high visitor satisfaction levels.
- Oversee training of Visitor Service officers
- Oversee the operations of the medallions area: coordinating medallion supplies, designing, engraving and dispatch of medallions for walk-in, on-line, and corporate customers.
**EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and leadership of a team
- Demonstrated experience in venue management or operations.
