What we are looking for
* Bachelor / Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised)
* Experience with staff development and leadership
* First Aid/CPR and WWCC
* Unlimited work rights in Australia
* Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
* Ability to develop a QIP
* Experience in working towards the leading of an Exceeding Centre
* The drive for high-quality education & care
* Previous experience in similar role
