Leadership Role in Infrastructure and Recreation
The successful applicant will hold a pivotal position within the organization, reporting directly to the Director of Community Infrastructure. This role forms part of the leadership team responsible for strategic and operational management of the Infrastructure and Recreation Operations Group.
This comprehensive leadership position oversees the planning, design, execution, and operational management of key projects integral to achieving organizational outcomes.
The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals working on various infrastructure and recreation projects, including transport, stormwater, and park developments.
A key responsibility includes developing and implementing policies, strategies, and plans to enhance the delivery of community infrastructure and recreational services.
Beyond policy development, the successful applicant will build strong relationships with stakeholders, including community groups, businesses, and government agencies.
In addition, they will contribute to the development of the organization's strategic plans and budget, ensuring that community needs are met.
