Role Description
We are interviewing for a full-time, Canberra-based consultant with expertise in strategy, implementation and change management. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years' experience with a top consultancy (Bain, BCG, Nous, etc) and a commitment to high-quality work, as well as an interest in working on projects that are in the public interest. We work 4 days a week from the office, with the option to work from home 1 day a week. We offer benefits as well as a competitive salary. The role will commence in early July; we are commencing interviews now in order to find the right candidate.
Qualifications
* Track record of delivery in Management Consulting
* Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data interpretation and problem-solving
* Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly
* Proficiency in professional tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a high-performance environment
* Experience in energy, environment or infrastructure sectors is desirable
* Operational or non-consulting background in addition to consulting experience is desirable
* Relevant degree (Business Administration, Economics, etc) preferred
