We are seeking an Education Technology Officer to join the Centre for Education and Training's iLearn Learning Management System team. The successful candidate will provide project and administration services to support the delivery, management and evaluation of the iLearn Learning Management System team.
About the Role
This part-time (0.8 FTE) opportunity is available for 12 months. In this role, you will provide an efficient, customer-focused help desk service to support the users of the iLearn Learning Management System and technology support services to Educators using Centre for Education and Training facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide project and administration services to support the delivery, management and evaluation of the iLearn Learning Management System team.
* Offer an efficient, customer-focused help desk service to support the users of the iLearn Learning Management System.
* Provide technology support services to Educators using Centre for Education and Training facilities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate initiative to solve problems and possess a high level of organisational skills and judgement. You should also have the proven ability to collate, and perform basic analysis on, statistical information and prepare reports.
Requirements
* Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Experience in providing educational technology support services and monitoring and updating technology systems such as a Learning Management System.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
