ACRWORLD are working exclusively with a well-established, boutique Strata Management company providing management services to a range of Residential and Commercial properties across Sydney.
**About the role**:
- Arranging and booking meetings for Strata Managers
- Writing up minutes for meetings
- Managed meeting room bookings, resolving clashes and preparing rooms with refreshments and catering as required
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assist with key requests
- Undertaking lift registration renewals
- Assisting with work orders and following up with external contractors
- All other ad hoc admin duties within the office
**About you**:
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- An interest within strata
