The role of the Caretaker is to provide professional and superior customer service to the tenants of Canberra Airport and the surrounding business parks.
This is an important role as you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the precinct/s
**Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Maintaining the outside gardens and walk ways to the highest standards.
- Using a blower to remove leaves and maintain clear pathways
- Removal of rubbish and washing down of benches and outside signage
- Attend to minor maintenance works
**Do you have the following**:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Previous maintenance experience
- Drivers licence
- Chemical Certificate (desirable)
- Industrial White Card
- Can do attitude
