Job Overview
This role is an opportunity to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, providing culturally safe supports to individuals experiencing family violence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering up to 12 weeks of case management support to eligible participants, completing risk and safety assessments, and helping clients create safety and support plans within the program framework.
Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with community stakeholders, maintaining accurate client files, and engaging in regular file review meetings to ensure case progress and compliance with policies and procedures.
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic professional who can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with excellent communication and cultural knowledge skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver culturally appropriate support services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
* Complete risk and safety assessments to determine eligibility for the program.
* Help clients create safety and support plans within the LVP framework.
* Maintain accurate client files and input data into electronic systems.
* Provide feedback on internal processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
