About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Assistant within the National Finance and Administration department (Human Resources). This is a full-time, permanent position based in Minchinbury.
In this role, you will support the identification, assessment, and selection of top talent for ALDI's operations across Australia. You will be responsible for providing exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, ensuring we select the right people to support our business now and into the future by developing strong talent pipelines.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will join a diverse and supportive team in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening applications, conducting phone and video interviews, scheduling, medical checks, managing offers, and onboarding.
2. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and address challenges.
3. Conduct proactive recruitment activities using platforms like Seek, LinkedIn, headhunting, database searches, and talent pooling.
4. Ensure compliance with Smart Recruiters System, maintaining accurate records.
5. Guide Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices and market insights.
6. Achieve KPIs such as time-to-hire, placement targets, and satisfaction levels.
7. Provide a seamless candidate and manager experience.

Remuneration
* Salary range: $96,800 - $107,600 plus Superannuation.
