We have two exciting Brand Manager opportunities - one leading our Eagle Clinical portfolio and the other driving MediHerb across ANZ and the UK. Based in our Eight Mile Plains Office, these roles are ideal for marketers who are passionate about scientific and purpose-led brands, love collaborating with cross-functional teams and want to make a real impact in the wellbeing of others.
The Opportunity:
As a Brand Manager at Integria, you'll have the chance to work across the full marketing mix - shaping strategy, driving innovation and bringing our brands to life in meaningful ways. You'll partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Innovation, and Education to deliver brand growth, net sales and market impact. Building strong relationships will be central to your success. You'll collaborate with distributors, customers and industry experts to uncover insights, influence brand direction and ensure our products continue to meet the needs of health professionals and consumers.
You'll take ownership of brand strategy execution, including cycle campaigns, product launches and portfolio management, while identifying opportunities to strengthen product differentiation and commercial performance. Supported by a high-calibre and collaborative team, you'll have the autonomy to lead key projects and make a tangible contribution to the future of natural healthcare.
What You'll Do:
* Assist in the development of annual brand plans based off Practitioner strategies
* Execute and manage aligned brand plan and strategies to deliver on business objective
* Identify fresh and incisive insights that unlock opportunities for potential growth
* Build on the current brand positioning to strengthen brand equity innovation
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders ensuring current portfolio of products remain in market
* Manage the Brand Marketing Expenditure budget and reporting on a monthly basis
* Develop and execute digital campaigns in alignment with annual brand plans
* Develop and manage marketing specific to domestic and international markets
What You'll Bring:
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role (natural healthcare industry desirable)
* Qualifications in Marketing or Business (natural healthcare is desirable)
* PM exposure, with a strategic, self-motivated, and highly organised approach
* Experience in the development and implementation of website and e-marketing material
* Ability to innovate through fresh, original marketing strategies
* Experienced in managing complex and competing priorities
* Ability to work collaboratively with drive and initiative in a fast-paced environment
* Clear verbal and written communication including active listening and receiving feedback
* Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management
