We are currently hiring an experienced **customer service assistant** to work in our Trade store located at our site in **Gympie**

**Your key responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Act as a first point of call for all telephone and front counter-based sales enquiries
- Building great relationships with our customers face to face and over the phone
- Assist in keeping our branch stocks, pricing and promotional displays current
- Assist in the receiving, labelling and storing of incoming goods
- Processing customer orders and credits and Ensure products are receipted daily
- Picking, packing and despatch of customer orders
**What you will need to succeed**:
- Previous warehouse, trade counter and or customer service experience
- Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced dynamic environment
- Well-presented and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with or an understanding of the industrial product market would be highly valued
- A knowledge of the Office software and all internet tools would be an advantage
- Proficient with using a computer
- A current driver licence
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Gympie QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
