About the Role
1. Create food preparation for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet service, front-of-house bakery experience and à la carte dining service with precision following recipes maintaining portion control to create flavors that amaze;
To succeed in this role:
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment ensuring high-quality products meet presentation standards;- Ensure strict stock rotation minimum wastage implementing & maintaining stock control procedures-An ideal candidate has proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen exposure to à la carte dining is beneficial.Tertiary qualifications full working rights within Australia required along with valid drivers license own transport advantageous.
