The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join us on a dedicated 6-month project focused on workforce planning; a strategic initiative that will directly influence how we support students and scale our operations. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance and maintain our Salesforce platform, which is central to delivering an exceptional student experience.
This is a hands-on development role where your expertise will help streamline processes, improve data integrity, and enable smarter decision-making across the business.
Please note this is a 6 month fixed-term contract.
What You'll Do
* Deliver ongoing enhancements and custom development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and more
* Support Salesforce administration and platform maintenance
* Identify and implement workflow improvements
* Ensure clean, consistent data across internal and partner systems
* Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders
* Provide functionality walkthroughs for new features
What We're Looking For
* 4–6 years in CRM, with 3+ years in Salesforce (Sales, Service & Community Cloud)
* Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
* Experience with CI/CD and integrating 3rd party systems (OAuth, REST)
* Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Developer II (preferred)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Passion for solving problems and improving user experience
