KC Support Services are looking for **Male (1) and Female (1) support workers** with **immediate availability** *Must be an active and high energy individual* Athletes a plus!
**Location**: Brisbane South - Marsden and surrounding areas.
**Age**: Preferably under 35 years old.
**Job responsibilities**: You will be responsible for providing quality support to participants who are living in purpose built homes and their own family homes.

**About You**:
- You have demonstrated experience providing support to participants with complex needs and or behaviors of concern.
- You have a thorough understanding of working with people with disabilities -physical and behavioral, an ability to maintain professional boundaries and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Previous Support Work experience (preferred however not essential)
Physically active with a background in sports (essential)
Must have energy and be a team player
Clear and effective communication skills and ability to establish professional relationships with participants and their families
Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willing to obtain
First Aid, CPR, WWCC and NDIS Worker Orientation module
Blue Card, Yellow Card or willing to obtain
Current Driver's License with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (mandatory)
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $36.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
