About This Role
We're seeking a dynamic professional to take on the role of Assistant Store Manager at our retail store. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading by example and contributing to the success of our business.
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a high level of customer service. Your strong communication skills and ability to motivate others will be essential in this role.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Assist with day-to-day management of the store, including visual merchandising and stock control
* Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing controllable costs
* Take charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering results, has great communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have previous experience as a team leader or manager, that's a definite plus!
