ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end IT Change Management process in line with ITIL or organisational standards;Review, assess and approve requests for changeLead and facilitate the Change Advisory Board;Conduct Impact and Risk assessments for planned changes;Ensure proper documentation, testing and rollback plans are in place;Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit and security requirements;Continuously improve IT Change Management processes and policies.
Skills and Experience RequiredExperience in IT Service Management, IT Operations or IT Change Management; Experience in Service now;D365 Customer Engagement (CE / CRM); Dataverse, Plugins, Solution management, ALM conceptsAzure technology stack experience for integrations and data migration; APIM, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions
