We are seeking a passionate Speech Therapist (Speech Pathologist) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Position Overview
As a Speech Therapist, you will work closely with clients of all ages, helping them overcome communication and swallowing challenges. Your role will focus on assessments, therapy planning, and interventions to support individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for clients.
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
Work with clients facing communication, speech, and swallowing difficulties.
Provide NDIS-funded speech therapy services, ensuring goal-focused interventions.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance client outcomes.
Educate families and support staff on strategies for effective communication development.
Maintain accurate documentation and track client progress.
Stay informed on best practices, new research, and therapy techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
Registration with SPA (Speech Pathology Australia).
Experience in NDIS, disability support, or clinical settings is preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $64,034.37 – $118,648.93 per year
