You will need to be an experienced sales manager who has worked in a high-pressure sales environment with an ambition to get to the top through hard work and tenacity. Your experience in operating in fast-moving complex environments, with multiple stakeholders, will ideally place you for this role. **Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum 5-years B2B sales management experience.
- Strong financial acumen, with an ability to strategically price tenders and provide financial training and support for your team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills up to C-suite level.
- Demonstrable experience in building successful sales teams (upward of 10 Sales Reps).
- Proven track record in working in fast moving complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in negotiating and implementing both supplier and customer contracts.
