The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing healthcare company in Sydney's Parramatta. This role is ideal for a Shared Services Manager with proven experience managing teams of 6 or more, multi-site experience and excellent communication skills.
The ChallengeIn the Group Finance team, your key responsibilities will include:
* Manage the Accounts Receivable team and Accounts Payable Team to deliver efficient, accurate and compliant services
* Maximise cash flow by enforcing effective receivables collection procedures
* Improve cash flow, debtor days and billing accuracy through process optimisation
* Oversee accurate and timely preparation of invoices and billing
* Act as the key point of contact for shared services matters across AR and AP
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide responsive, professional customer service
* Partner closely with Finance, Operations and senior leadership
The ExpertisePlease consider expressing interest in this position if you have:
* A background in health care or aged care will be highly regarded
* Proven experience leading teams in a finance or shared service environment
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills
* The ability to work in a complex high-volume environment
* High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
