About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Retail Property Management to lead and optimise our Retail Property Management Division. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role will focus on operational excellence, profitable growth, and building a strong team culture. You will oversee business development, financial performance, and organisational structure to support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business development initiatives to grow the retail property management portfolio.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the division.
* Design and maintain an effective organisational structure aligned with business goals.
* Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders within the division to ensure high performance.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in operations management within property or related disciplines.
* Strong business development and financial acumen.
* Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to design and implement organisational structures for efficiency and scalability.
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Property, or related discipline.
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior management roles.
