Who We're Looking For
Reporting to the Scaffold Supervisor, you will thrive in a close-knit team environment and contribute to the safe, efficient delivery of scaffolding services across both surface and underground operations.

Key Deliverables Include (but are not limited to):
* Safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in accordance with AS/NZS 1576 and AS/NZS 4576.
* Supporting maintenance, shutdown, underground, and construction activities across the mine site.
* Ability to work in underground environments, adhering to all ventilation, tagging, isolation, and emergency response protocols.
* Interpreting and following scaffold plans, engineered drawings, load ratings, and tie-in requirements.
* Completing and maintaining scaffold tags, handover certificates, and compliance documentation.
* Conducting pre-start checks, hazard identification, JHAs, and risk assessments prior to work.
* Ensuring work areas are kept clean, controlled, and compliant throughout scaffold erection and dismantle activities.
* Working safely within restricted, elevated, or confined work areas as required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
* Current High Risk Work License:
* Scaffolding Basic (SB), Intermediate (SI), or Advanced (SA).
* Demonstrated scaffolding experience in mining, heavy industry, shutdowns, or construction.
* Strong understanding of mine site safety systems, including permits, isolation procedures, and JHAs.
* Experience working underground (preferred but not essential for all roles).
* Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications (or willingness to obtain).
* Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings and comply with engineering and safety requirements.
* Current driver's license.
