Restaurant Kitchen Team Member

Job Description:
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals for our discerning guests. You will work closely with our Head Chefs, Chef Managers, and Lounge Managers to exceed guest expectations and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement)
* Minimum two years' experience as a Chef de Partie or higher within a corporate dining, fine dining, or five-star hotel setting
* Exceptional communication skills and a passion for premium hospitality
* High energy, professional presentation, and the ability to thrive under pressure
* Ability to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) - cost covered by Compass Group
* Ability to obtain a National Police Check
