The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Chief Commercial Officer to join our executive team and help lead this next exciting chapter.

As a strategic partner to the CEO, you will bring a sharp commercial lens to strategy, planning, and execution, whilst driving performance across sales, marketing, category, and customer strategy. You will inspire cross-functional teams, foster innovation, and embed commercial discipline to unlock new opportunities and deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide the business into its next chapter of growth and expansion

- Inspire, influence, and communicate with clarity to unite teams around a shared purpose

- Expand client bases, drive diversification, and deliver results in dynamic markets

- Embed commercial discipline across sales, marketing, category, and customer strategy

Skills and Experience
