We seek a proactive customer-focused professional to join our Customer Service team. This role combines service and sales expertise with a deep understanding of products.
This person will provide quotes, manage orders, and support customers from enquiry to fulfilment.
The Role
 * Deliver end-to-end support for services.
 * Respond promptly to customer enquiries across multiple communication channels.
 * Use Salesforce tools to generate accurate quotes and manage order workflows.
 * Meet sales targets by identifying upsell opportunities.
 * Escalate complex issues as required.

 * A minimum of experience in customer service or sales roles is required.
 * Candidates should be confident across digital systems and able to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
