In the role of Agribusiness Manager 2 in South East Queensland, you will join Jason Blanchard and his team that’s putting the customers at the centre of everything you do.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

o Identify, Agri and Business referral opportunities and establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contacts 
o Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio 
o Coach and support the extended team to ensure the efficient high quality customer service 
o Develop and manage a portfolio of key customers and Referral partners 
o Assess economic value and risk potential of new business 
o Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market 
o Implement complex strategies, analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth. 
o Personally, sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities 

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

o Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness/Business banking and/or credit assessment. 
o Experience in all aspects for financial analysis 
o Drive and tenacity with a passion for relationship management
o Strong customer and relationship management
o Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
o Exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder management experience
o Ability to directly manage and grow a portfolio of key clients
o Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
