E-Commerce & Digital Performance Lead (Maternity Leave Cover)

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity and performance, overseeing the end-to-end digital experience across our global online stores for both our MINKPINK and Staple The Label brands while driving revenue growth and innovation in how we connect with customers.
You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and our passionate cross-functional team.
Key Initiatives:
e-commerce strategy, trade planning and forecasting
Shopify management, site optimisation and UX/UI improvements
SEO and managing our external SEM and paid social expert (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Conversion rate optimisation, merchandising (Searchspring experience preferred) and on-site campaigns
AI-driven retention, loyalty and personalisation strategies
Klaviyo flows, CRM and EDM strategy and execution
Loyalty management using GroWave
Performance reporting and actionable insights
Returns and fulfilment integrations
Requirements:
5+ years experience in e-commerce leadership (fashion experience preferred)
Love of data and digital, ability to blend creative vision with commercial focus
