Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Heatherbrae, NSW, for an experienced Mechanic. The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various piling and foundation equipment. Key tasks include conducting scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, ordering necessary parts, and ensuring all repairs adhere to safety and quality standards. Additionally, the Mechanic will collaborate with the service team to support client needs and provide prompt technical assistance.
Qualifications
* Strong technical skills in mechanical maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
* Experience working with heavy machinery, construction equipment, or similar tools
* Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and implement solutions
* Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to compliance standards
* Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Relevant trade qualifications such as a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
* Experience with LiuGong or similar piling and foundation equipment is an advantage
* Valid driver's license and ability to carry out on-site work when required
