As an Educator at our Geelong location you will be part of a team of legends and create unforgettable Before School and After School programs for primary aged children. This is an exciting permanent part time role.
You will:
- Lead awesome activities like sports, cooking, arts and crafts and more
- Spark creativity, curiosity and confidence in every child
- Make every child feel safe, seen, supported and celebrated
- Support the Coordinator and collaborate with your team of legends
- Build connections with children, families and the school community
- Bring your ideas to the table, we love fresh thinking!
Shifts:
We are flexible and fun!
Before school care: 6:30am to 9am
After school care: 2:45pm to 6:30pm
Pick up casual or permanent shifts (we are open to both!)
Don’t forget about the split shift allowance and laundry allowance too!
We are looking for someone who:
- Is enthusiastic, passionate and loves working with children
- Is reliable, committed to continuous growth and inspires joy in others
- Has experience in OSHC, teaching, sports coaching, school camps or any other role working with children
You have:
Certificate III or higher in OSHC, community services, early childhood, allied health, or similar (or working towards it)
Valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willing to obtain)
Great communication skills with both kids and adults
Bonus points if you have worked in OSHC, camps or sports coaching
