Senior Corporate Counsel Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Corporate Counsel to join our Legal team during an exciting period of growth. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in protecting commercial interests and helping us navigate complex legal challenges.
* You will support the bid and sales teams to evaluate and respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and secure new business opportunities.
* You will draft, review, advise on and negotiate customer contracts with precision and expertise.
* You will provide strategic advice on front-end and back-end construction law issues, ensuring seamless implementation and dispute resolution.
* You will offer regulatory guidance on legislation relevant to our organization, including the Telecommunications Act and carrier licence conditions.
To excel in this role, you will require confidence in contract drafting and negotiation, as well as experience in construction, telecommunications or technology contracts. In-house experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
