**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
As an Advertising Specialist, your main objective will be to coordinate all communication regarding activities, events, promotions, and specials internally and externally in English and Vietnamese, as well as assist in communication with our Chinese segment.
You will also have departmental KPI's to achieve, including membership growth targets, timely execution of promotions and events, as well as ensuring departmental timelines are met.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, however you will be required to work nights and weekends for community and club events.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement advertising campaigns to achieve KPI's.
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure the effective functioning of the Marketing Department in line with the strategic planning and objectives.
- Translation of all marketing communication to our Vietnamese community.
- Assist and attend all Vietnamese community events and focus sessions.
- Manage the end-to-end production of advertising initiatives, including coordination of artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and media placement, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and preferences to provide insights into current and future market trends.
- Conduct thorough research to assess demand and market dynamics for new products and services, utilising data analysis and statistical information.
- Support business development through the creation and execution of marketing strategies, policies, and programs.
- Commission and conduct market research to identify opportunities for existing and new products and services within our Vietnamese and Chinese community.
**Qualifications/skills**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications
- Proven experience in advertising or marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and predict market trends.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and time constraints.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable advice to stakeholders.
- Must be able communicate fluently in both verbally and in writing with both English and Vietnamese
