Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include offering exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience. You will also assist with stock control, upholding superior visual merchandising standards, and achieving and exceeding sales targets and other KPIs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of work experience in retail, customer service facing, or hospitality industry. Management experience is highly desirable, as is self-motivation and the ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
You will also need excellent communications, relationship building, and time management skills, as well as the ability to listen and use feedback constructively. A fair, honest, positive, and creative approach to serving our customers is essential.
