**Job Title:** Business Support Officer
As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to both internal and external customers. This role involves working across the full range of activities undertaken by the team.
You will also provide administrative support to specialist areas, undertake end-to-end processing of permits, licenses, and registrations, and effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence.
This role requires flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands, as well as intermediate experience using MS Office. You should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to compile documents and reports or update records and information systems.
