Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, communicating with customers, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
This role requires a strong understanding of automotive mechanical concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Scheduling and maintaining bookings diaries
* Updating and communicating with customers on a regular basis
* Raising and quoting repair orders
* Computing costs and calculating rates for parts and service
* Maintaining accurate records for all warranty work and repair orders
* Assisting the wider service team with various duties to ensure departments exceed customer expectations
