The exciting opportunity
Step into a hands-on Clinical Nurse Manager role where you'll impact clinical standards, team development, and resident well-being.
* Lead and mentor Registered and Enrolled nurses, AINs, and allied health staff
* Deliver high-quality clinical care (medication, wound management, pain, nutrition, feeding strategies)
* Oversee assessment, care planning, audits, and compliance
* Work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and multidisciplinary teams
* Foster culture of teamwork, improvement, and open communication
* Responsible for infection control, quality indicators, and safety initiatives
* Engage stakeholders and review clinical policies and procedures

About you
You bring clinical nursing leadership and a passion for aged care excellence.
* Bachelor of Nursing + AHPRA registration
* 5+ years' aged care experience (leadership preferred)
* Strong clinical assessment, mentoring, and improvement skills
* High-level communication and documentation abilities
* Understanding of compliance, Accreditation standards and WHS
* Culturally sensitive and dedicated to quality care
