Job Responsibilities
* Manage complex projects and programmes as the key client interface
* Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive successful project delivery
* Lead the design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations
* Review project plans, specifications, costs, and risks to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
* Ensure project safety and environmental compliance
* Monitor project timelines, progress, and reporting
* Manage project budgets and advise on cost-saving measures
* Chair project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors (including remote travel within Turner & Townsend)
* Promote marketing and business development initiatives
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture
* At least 3 years of industry experience managing projects
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with fast-paced demands
* Advanced Microsoft skills are essential, with Primavera skills highly regarded
* Strong technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programmes
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
* Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional results
* Defence Clearances are highly regarded
